Battling against the grain and through Fibromyalgia

So. I've been away for a while. It's been eventful. And I've gained 2 stone (or there abouts not got on the scales to find out my exact weight this week, maybe in the morning), all I know is I have roughly 2.5 stone to lose. And since nothing except my trackie bottoms and a few old tshirts fit I really need to lose some weight ASAP. I've been trying to get back on plan for 6 weeks but fail after a few days each time, but really need to get my head into gear and get back on it.

Anyway...after losing 6 stone with slimming world up to about July last year, things went a little haywire. In brief....January 2014 I ended up off work ill due to stomach pains for 6 months, after loads of negative tests including Coeliac it turned up I am gluten intolerant and slightly dairy intolerant (that was found out in May), my stomach started to get better but after that I started to get bad anxiety about going back work, I ended up building a website based around Coeliac, as web designer/developer was my profession to try and kick my brain into gear, but August 2014 they finally terminated my employment as I was still suffering anxiety. October I started working as an email designer which I enjoyed but it was stressful, I was only in intermittantly as I kept failing ill, I'd be in one day and then be so sick and fatigued and in pain that I couldn't move for a few days and I was struggling to do my work as I kept forgetting what I was doing (everything was taking me 5x longer than normal), after three months they terminated my employment and 2 weeks later I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I am still off work as I can't cope with the pain, I struggle to walk especially upstairs, and I am tired all the time, still undergoing tests as my hip pain is getting worse everyday, some days my boyfriend has to help me stand up and get out of the bath.

So anyway, now I'm going back to slimming world as I have gained to much weight and need to get it back down again. Hopefully this time I can stick to it!

Started the new medication this morning, felt a bit rough few hours later and had head ache but the pain clinic guy said I might feel like that for the first few days. However I haven't felt hungry every few minutes today for the first time in ages. Hopefully they help with the pain too, all my body has been murder all day, going to try swimming tomorrow as been told it helps some people with fibromyalgia, so might give it a go, i find it hard walking so maybe with the help of the water it will be easier.

I'm slightly dairy intolerant, cheese being one of the main things that makes me feel ill, found at weekend I can tolerate goats cheese though! Love cheese so glad theres something I can have!
