Holiday countdown...getting bikini ready!

Good evening everyone, as a final push to keep me on track I'm here to record my food and exercise daily. I'm hoping that by taking that step I will keep focused and motivated and when I go on holiday in 9 weeks time I won't be sat on that plane wishing I'd lost weight for a holiday of a lifetime.

I'm 40 years old and have slowly put on 1st 4lb since getting married in 2011. This may not sound a lot but honestly my clothes are so tight and uncomfortable with fat where I've never had it before and I just feel horrible. Late night snacking has contributed massively plus a love of sweet tears so a complete overhaul is needed!

Would love to hear from like minded people and hopefully we can support each other!

Good morning!

Ok started today with magic pancakes...love these as it's a real plateful and I feel like I'm having real food if that makes sense! I've prepared a chicken pasta salad for my lunch as I'm going to a play centre and don't want to be tempted by curly fries and cake!!

Met up with friends later today and went for a swim. For tea I had salmon, cous cous and a huge salad. This evening I've had fruit salad with fat free nat yog so I'm pretty impressed with myself today! Good night all :)
