Lost half a stone. Put it back on. Lose it again, put it on again
Ive got a stone and half to lose to get down to my weight I was when I was most happy with myself.
so here goes...
TUESDAY
B- 35g porridge and raspberries
L- Quorn bolognese with wholemeal spaghetti (homemade)
D- pork chop, potato, broccoli,cabbage, carrot and gravy(1.5syns)
Snacks- muller light and banana
