This time I will do it!

Lost half a stone. Put it back on. Lose it again, put it on again :mad:
Ive got a stone and half to lose to get down to my weight I was when I was most happy with myself.
so here goes...
TUESDAY
B- 35g porridge and raspberries
L- Quorn bolognese with wholemeal spaghetti (homemade)
D- pork chop, potato, broccoli,cabbage, carrot and gravy(1.5syns)
Snacks- muller light and banana
 
So things haven't gone great, 4.5lb off so far but at least it's off !
Today -
Breakfast - shredded wheat bitesize
Lunch- chicken tikka salad
Dinner- chicken stir fry
Snacks - raspberries, water melon, yogurt
Syns- rocky 5.5
 
Wow I've logged in for 2 days in a row! Must be serious ?
Breakfast -35g shredded wheat bitesize
Lunch- quorn sausages ,egg & mushrooms
Dinner - chicken breast , potato, sweet potato, carrots,broccoli & cauliflower
Syns- kitkat 5.5, gravy 1
A- milk
B- shredded wheat

Day3
Breakfast - 35g porridge with skimmed milk & raspberries
Lunch- quorn sausages , beans ,egg & tomatoss
Dinner - quorn bolognese with wholewheat spaghetti
Syns- kitkat 5.5
 
Weigh in - lost another pound so 8lb in 8 weeks, slow and steady BUT I am having a life too! In those 8 weeks I've eaten out at nandos, a full Indian including naan, my sons birthday party and 2 bank holidays !
 
Friday….the day where it starts going downhill BUT I CANT LET IT HAPPEN!!

Breakfast- 35g porridge with raspberries
Lunch- wholemeal pasta with sauce made at home-tomatoes,mushrooms,peppers,passata and chilli
Dinner- Chickpea dhal and rice
Snacks- kitkat 5.5 and 2 rockyroad hifis 6 TOTAL 11.5SYNS
