We do not discuss Fast Forward on our Slimming World forums as requested by Slimming World as they do not discuss it on their own site.

This programme is only to be down between your SW consultant and yourself and only as a last resort. __________________

Yeah ordinarily I'd say the same but the decision to do it was quite a complex one and as we have both been on SW before we decided that doing a week of FF first would mean that we are stepping UP to a more relaxed plan rather than stepping down onto it and it might restrict our failure potential. Does that make sense??

it does and doesn't make sense!

perhaps, but you might not lose much on week 2 when you go on to do normal SW.
