That sounds so much like me - I get to certain point, start feeling not too bad - and I just lose the 'oomph' to keep going - but inevitably it all goes back on again (with a few extra pounds to keep them company!!)

Keep going - think of how fab you feel now with your 24lb weight loss, and how much better you will feel when you actually get to your target!!

I know exactly how you feel Karen. I am halfway through and sometimes thinking that I still have all that to do again can be a real head spinner

Karen, your average loss is just over 2lb a week which is a fantastic rate to lose at. If you keep on as you are you will be there in no time

bugger - back from weigh-in and i put 1.5 lbs on from 3 days off plan and i'm feeling very pee'd off with myself!

couldn't even be bothered to stay to class - but that's mostly because my consultant is cack! there was about 6 people staying to class and i just couldn't be arsed with it. am thinking of changing class to try as her advice comes across as textbook crap - i think she's a SW robot!

Definately change class if your consultant is no good as it's important to have a good one

Hiya Karen, keep up the positive thoughts hun, and if you have to change class, so be it, it might do you the power of good. I noticed a couple of posts ago, you said you had 7 crackerbread? just wondered if you knew that since they changed the packaging we are only allowed 6 as a HxB? it's because they are thicker. :-)

    All the bestxxx
