on saturday i went for lunch with a friend and we ate bad things and talked about unhappy we both are with our weight. my eating is completely out of control and we talked for a few hours about food/diets/weight/etc. i came to the conclusion that i need HELP!
i've started Celebrity Slim this morning and will be doing it for 1-2 weeks. i will then follow SW and i am going to ask my parents to give me money towards hypnotherapy for xmas. i need my brain re-wiring to help with my habits/eating patterns/urges.

Well done for starting celebrity slim hun, just be really really really strong and stick with it, in some ways I kind of want to go back to CS as was more in control.
Have you got your snacks and evening meals planned? Go get 'em girl xx

thanks loui know what you mean about control. i'd lost the plot big time. i've been eating all sorts of crazy things and buying enough lunch to last 3 days and eating it all in one afternoon
serious calorie intake - prob 1500 before i've even had my evening meal. so definately need to get in control again.
i bought some Boursin cheese this morning and had that with some apple slices for my morning snack and pistachios for my afternoon snack.
had a huge mozarella, tomato and basil salad with olives and sundried tomatoes for my dinneryum yum

the wierdest thing happened to me today... i have a client who's at school in the next town to where he lives and i work. it takes about half an hour to drive there from my office. so off i set at 10.30am this morning and as i'm coming down the alleyway from the office to turn onto the main road a lad on a bmx zooms past and swerves to miss my car. i thought it was my client, but thought i must be losing the plot. so i drove alongside him and had a look - it WAS my client. he cycled into the train station down the road as i called the school to check if he was there - he WASN'T!!!!
how FREAKY!!! really spooked me out! and if i wasn't such a good driver he may well have ended up in intensive care after flying over my car!

day 5 - so tired this morning. had a really emotionally draining day at work yesterday with a client and didn't realise the impact it had until i got home. of course, i couldn't comfort eat, so was a little tearful and over sensitive. bf found it amusing as i'm normally very chilled out, but the slightest thing sent me over the edge.
my breath now officially smells off poo - it's disgusting i can taste it and even chewing gum doesn't appear to be helping much! i'm really concious as my job involves talking one to one with young people!
breakfast: shake
snack: cheese
lunch: shake
snack: pistachios
dinner: quorn, peppers, mushrooms and onions fried with fajita spices served with salsa and sour cream
snack: peanuts
