Goal 31.10.09 Weight: 126.0lbs
Current Weight: 152.4lbs...7lbs gone.
This is a BRILL thread. I have only just joined slimmingworld, so this is very helpful! I shall soon see if it works, as I have been following the plan properly now for 2 days....and got another 4 till my first proper weigh in! Eeek!

Ok, so might seem like a really dumb question, but can I have more green days than red days? I always find it hard to find stuff to eat on red days.....
You can have green days everyday if you want![]()
Wk 1: -5.5
Wk 2: -3.5

Willow is right, you can have 7 red days, 7 green days or 7 extra easy days, or a combination of the three! All that matters is once you pick what day you want, you have it all day (to start with atleast!)
