i think im going to start - been persuaded by someone in the chat room that its a good idea...i will be starting monday prob though or saturday.
Goal 1: get back to 13 stone
Goal 2: half a stone off start weight
Goal 3: A stone off start weight
Goal 4: down to 12 stone
Goal 5: down to 11st 6lb (healthy weight!!)
Goal 6: BMI to below 29
Goal 7: BMI to below 28
Goal 8: BMI to below 27
Goal 9: BMI to below 26
Goal 10: BMI to below 25

This really explained it to me - joined last night and started today and I'm glad to say, I made it through!!!! It's relatively new to Ireland so I'll be coming here a bit for tips etc!
