Was just wondering if any of you have done success express and if so what were your weight losses like and how long did you do it for?
Have been struggling sticking to plan a bit and i'm thinking about doing a week of SE in order to give myself some motivation.
I know it's stricter than the normal plan but really think being strict for a week will really get me focused (and possibly a good weight loss??
