Well yesterday i had:
B - 2x quorn sausage, baked beans, 2 x eggs, 2 x Alpen Light Bars (HEB)
L - SW Ham and Vegetable Quiche (HEA for the cheese and HEB for the ham), Mullerlight, undressed salad
D - Quorn Lamb Grills, Ainsley Harriott Cous Cous (1/2 syn), 2 WW yogurts
Drinks - Coffee x 3, Water x 3 lts
Snacks - Plum, Apple, Banana, Cherries, tangerine, kiwi, pineapple, melon, strawberries, Thai Mug Shot (1/2 Syn), 1/2 pack of sugar free jelly (1/2 syn)
I couldnt fit anything else i after all that!!! I was going to have a curly wurly for the sake of using my syns but didnt so only had 1 1/2 all day yesterday whereas i use roughly 12 on red days.
