yummy red day dinner if you like seafood

conconcted this tonight with a bag of frozen salmon pieces and seafood from waitrose. youngs do a similar thing and you cook straight from frozen.

i cooked some onion, garlic and mushroom with frylight. add the fish and seafood and chopped yellow pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes. then add some passata and chilli powder and cook it down a bit. lovely! had it with brocolli.

Food Optimising is great in the way it makes you think up new recipes to try. Yours sounds lovely Jen, I'm glad you had a lovely dinner!

How is your first week going? Are you finding it relatively easy? Are you just alternating between red and green or are you trying mix2max and success express as well?

The first time I did SW I had no bloating whatsoever. The second time I did SW it struck me straightaway. It was awful. I love the diet though and agree with the healthy eating of SW. I hope yours is just temporary Jen and due to the antibiotics!!
