    hi i am making the free red day reciepes 2morrow and just wondered does it matter what size the chicken fillet is , am going to the bucther to get these . Thanks

    No, chicken is free on a red day, it's all about portion control really, your could eat a whole chicken if you wanted to.....but, it's better to eat until you are comfortably full, you can always fill up your plate with veggies or salad, this is what I usually do, so don't worry about the size of your chicken, it is free on red.
