Hi,
Yes AFAIK they are, as long as you use water to make it up, instead of milk & butter
HTH!

Is the maccoroni cheese one nice? (worth the syn?)
am not impressed with the other ones
fussy so and so i am!! xx

wat about processed ham and chicken etc? u no like u get about 20 slices in the packet? is it free like normal chicken? sorry ive just started and im a bit confused about some of it!! im finding it hard to understand y some foods r free cos i always considered them pretty bad wen i done weight watchers!! lol

ask away
I am only new to sw myself, but getting there!
I have brought the 2009 directory on foods it's my new bible
in the book for example
Tesco, honey roast ham, is free
cooked sandwich ham is free
roast ham wafer thin is free
so they are free (in my book) but the one you get from your sw c says 'lean' hams that confuses me too
anno, there is some conflicting info! im sure wen they r making processed ham they arnt worried about trimming the fat off 1st! aww well, if the bible says its free, im eating it haha! how much was ur food directory? can u get them at class?

definitely!! ill hav 2 invest in 1 of those books! heading to work now...shud b interesting!! there is so much nice sweet stuff around![]()

Bah, fancy putting half a syn on it, rotters!
Don't forget you can stir a nice big spoonful of quark in once it's finished cooking just to make it a bit creamier. I love the tomato and basil one...hope i've got one left at home because I've just been hit with dinner inspiration!
Mini Goal: losing 1 stone...no time limits I just want to do it!
