    Hi,
Yes AFAIK they are, as long as you use water to make it up, instead of milk & butter

    ask away

I am only new to sw myself, but getting there!

I have brought the 2009 directory on foods it's my new bible

    in the book for example

Tesco, honey roast ham, is free
    cooked sandwich ham is free
roast ham wafer thin is free

so they are free (in my book) but the one you get from your sw c says 'lean' hams that confuses me too

Bah, fancy putting half a syn on it, rotters!
Don't forget you can stir a nice big spoonful of quark in once it's finished cooking just to make it a bit creamier. I love the tomato and basil one...hope i've got one left at home because I've just been hit with dinner inspiration!
Mini Goal: losing 1 stone...no time limits I just want to do it!

Long distance goal!: Reach 10 stone however slow the journey!
