Laughing cows in mash potato
Has anybody ever tried it?
was just thinking about making cheesey mash... and I usually use butter and a splash of milk in my mash potato (ooops!!) just wondering if Laughing cow used as a hextra would taste anything like nice creamy cheesey mash...
I'm sure it would be lovely. I like swirling through low fat fromage frais and sprinkle with chives!

Back to my starting weight in 2007 but determined to shed the baby pounds and be successful like I was in my SW 'glory days'!! Looking for support on Minimins as there's no SW in Canada!!

Sound's wonderful Cinderzxx - I must try that myself next time we have mash, I've never thought of that before, maybe add a few chopped chives in it too, thank you for the idea. X
yes i have been doing this for ages! its lovely! with a pinch of salt n pepper its yummy. Sometimes i just eat a dish of mash! Yum Yum!
oh and its nice with a bit of garlic to! :]
I have never put it in mash, but if I have a jacket potato I always mash laughing cow triangles into each quarter before adding my beans on top, so I guess this is similar. It is lovely!
I do it all the time, and i add some mixed herbs,it is really nice
