Thread: Nimble White Bread!

I used to get this all the time from Asda and Sainsburys. It has since vanished. I have tried contacting Nimble to no avail and a very nice man at Asda said he would look into it for me, but I would love to know if anyone out there has spied it on the shelves recently as I miss it dreadfully. There's nowt so fine as eating a fried egg and sausage butty on white bread with HP sauce and knowing you're eating diet food!

I never buy this but I'm off to Tesco in a mo so I'll have a look (not to buy, just for research purposes!!)

NEEEEED Nimble White Bread. Will be very upset if it's gone and my Asda and local Tescos are massive ones too. I have checked in Sainsbury's although my only nearby accessible Sainsbury's is a small one, and we have no Waitrose, Co Op or Budgens here (Liverpool), which are the other places it says on the site that it's available.

If it's gone I plan to wage a one-woman campaign to reinstate it to the shelves of the Slimming World consumer - I hereby turn my nose up at the new granary danishy thing, groo!!

I am off for a jacket spud. Greenday greenday. Hope you guys have luck shopping. It was Julie G's post that prompted me to ask you guys the question! xx

Just been to Tesco, no sign of the white stuff! But then my Tesco is rather small and a bit sh*t!! Good luck in your search, maybe you can learn to love the wholemeal bread???!!!

Just keep looking, they will be around.

It is a bit hit and miss really as to whether you get it or not. One week my Asda and Tesco have it, another week, it doesnt.

Ah Julie you give me faith that I will find my Nimble! Am very jealous though. Both my Asda and Tescos local stores are the massive 24 hour ones. What town is yours in (am I allowed to ask? Feel free to not reply if you don't want to say, I know that some forum users don't like giving out locations etc even if they are just general locations)

My local asda is in wallasey, cheshire. i'm hoping they will have this next week and the week after and so on.

Oh blimmin heck! Well, Wallasey is doable for me in Liverpool. And I guess it's a good sign that it's being delivered to you relatively near to me. I hope my nice man I spoke to at Asda on Saturday has some joy with the supplier and I gets lots of lovely Nimble White for my Sunday morning sammich.
