    my hubby hates it too but you can't tell its in there he hated it when I left it out.

    quantities are 1/2 teaspoon of each you can do 1 teaspoon of tomato puree which works out 1/3rd of a syn. You need around half a mug of the water the veg has been cooked in.

    try Free & Easy dairy free cheese flavour sauce instead - a serving is generally syn free when made up with water!

    lol - it is 1.5 syns for 100g, but generally 12 servings in tub, and tub is 130g, so no syns for one serving...

    I didnt think it tasted too bad... but then I was on cambridge diet for about 2 months so most things taste wonderful to me at the moment! lol

    BMI Information:
    I would be carefull, I think if you ground it up it would become a flour based ingredient and knowing SW it would have syns lol. If you do want to do this, make it up as it should be with water, pour just the sauce over your chicken and give the pasta to someone else. We just get too cleaver sometimes for our own good with ideas don't we lol.

    Started May 2009 Lost weight got to target, got no support so left group and lost the plot and went through the menopause. Back here to get the weight off again







    just remember this is what a lb of fat looks like . . No more moaning "I only lost a pound !!"


    Here I go for the second time . .
    WEEK 1 = 1.5lb loss
    WEEK 2 CAR ACCIDENT
    Week 3 RECOVERING
    WEEK 4 = 1 lb loss
