    well done ladies, 100% here too, been out doing fast push buggy walk too, double buggy with over 4 st of children in! i was sweating!!!

    Well done all......I have be good too, and being honest my first day 100% day since I started last Thursday, but I have always been a slow starter.
    First target - stay on track for a whole day. - Achieved
    2nd target - lose some weight this week. - Achieved - lost 1lb
    3rd target - Stay on track (accept for Sunday) til Christmas.

    Everyday is a gift, thats why the call it the present.

    So far so good to me, just made a lovely free pasta dish to eat throughout the day in case I get tempted.

    Already planned tonights dinner.

    Managed another 100% day yesterday - 3/3 this week

    Today is turning into an EE day, I hardly have any food in, and as Im working and staying at mums this weekend theres no point in going to Tesco so Im making do with what I have lol


    Restarted VLCD - Jan 6 2012

    January - 28lbs
    February - 9lbs
    March - 13lbs
    April - 6lbs (2 weeks holiday)

    May 6 -9lbs
    May 13 - 4lbs

    sorry vix i am having an EE today, had spagetti on toast for brekky and was going to have lasagna crisps with salsa for lunch but burnt them lol had some rolled up ham instead with the salsa, dinner will be chicken breast and veg and maybe a muller yog later.

    Went well over my 15 Syns yesterday but over the week Im still ok, so just need to rein in my Syn intake over the weekend and I should be ok.

    So 3/4 100% days this week

    i had a weeks worth of sins in one eve, had a bottle of red wine and so much choc i felt sick..... back at day one for me i'm afraid, but i've dusted myself off and putting yesterday behind me. x

    friday 100%
    Saturday 100%

    but does having no super count as been at mums but had free food all day and also chocolate but within syns, all on diary so do you class that 3/3 days then for 100%??

    Well done others for 100% woop woop

    Week 1 = 5.5lbs
    Week 2 = 1lbs but 1/2 off 1/2 stone lol
    Week 3 = 0.5lbs
