Started 1.10.12 & have lost 3.5 stone and am now at target!
Slimmer of the week (x5), Slimmer of the month (x2), 3.5 stone award gone forever.
One day at a time
April Starting weight: 10st 10lb : 1st 10lb down on my September starting weight. 7 lb up on my lowest weight in March.
My April - July Journey:
Week 1: -4lb
Week 2: +5lb moved to evening group (and too much sugar!)
Week 4: +1.5lb
Week 5: -3lb
Week 6: -2lb
targets (blue when achieved): 2 stone loss (10:6), lowest weight to date(10:3), Healthy BMI (10:0.5), into the 9s (9:13.5), 2.5 stone loss (9:13), Possible target weight (9:9.5)
