Wife to Rob (6 years) - Mummy to Jacob (3 years 2 months) & Connor (11 weeks) ♥
Continuing SW but not weighing again until the 30th Sept!! Eekk... I'm stressing too much with my weight & been told off by the doctors to ease off myself since I've 'just had a baby' so here goes! .. 2days down - 35days go!
Started 1.10.12 & have lost 3.5 stone and am now at target!
Slimmer of the week (x5), Slimmer of the month (x2), 3.5 stone award gone forever.
To eat between 1500 and 2000 Kcal per day and to count everything I eat and to stick with it into maintenance at whatever weight I reach one day
To weigh in weekly but with no target in mind
Week one: -3 lb
Week two: -1lb
Week three: -2.25 lb
week four: + 1.5lb
Week 5: + 0.5lb
