Started 1.10.12 & have lost 3.5 stone and am now at target!
Slimmer of the week (x5), Slimmer of the month (x2), 3.5 stone award gone forever.
be less than 10st 7 lb......... Healthy BMI/lose 1/2 stone - 10st 1 lb......... be less than 10 st........... lose 1 stone - 9st 8lb....... Maintain in the single stone, single pounds till Christmas......
