100% SWers - 1 day at a time :)
So since a lot of us are struggling just now for various reasons, lets start a 100% thread. No predictions for how long youll do, or targets to meet. Just some support and we can keep track of how many 100% days weve managed.

as said before i think this is a great idea - able to just take it the way it should be - a day at a time hehe
great idea, I find lately I have days where I let things slide a bit and then get annoyed so I am definately up for this
It's not impossible ..... it just takes longer than you think

Good idea Starlight - I have my family staying this week and I have been very good by staying 100% on plan - even though I have baked cakes for them!!!
100% today for me after epic diet fail yesterday!

I have been 100% today and went back to the gym today after a six week break!! Hard work but well worth it!!
I think i have been guilty of letting things slide but i am determined to get back on track and will be buying a 12 week countdown tomorrow at class!!

I have been 100% for 3 weeks and 1 day now but had a couple of wobbly days last week, which made me think eek am I going to start struggling now to stick to it, but I didn't give up, so this thread sounds great!

Great thread Starlight. We could all do with some 'one day at a time' magic to see us through.
I've been 100% for over 2 weeks now. It showed last week and I'm very much hoping that it shows for me again this week, although I'm at slightly higher syns this week than last week...but still within allowance.
