so how did you do? I managed 1lb though wasn't at class last week and my Wii Fit says I'd put on 2lbs last week so consider I have had a good week (-3lbs)!

I am 2 stone 10lbs lighter
I lost 2lbs this week but I had put 1 1/2 on last week so I was trying to be very good this week. I have lost 1st 7 1/2b in total since the middle of May so not a very fast rate of loss.
sts. better than i expected though! i well thought i'd put on!
