    Ready Meal ideas needed please

    Hi,

    I am shopping in Sainsburys tonight and I fancy a really nice meal that I don't have to make myself as the OH will be having pizza. Anyone know of a low syn or syn free ready meal or sauce available in Sainsburys

    Not a ready meal as such, but the frozen Sainsbury lamb in mint gravy is delicious and free on either Red or EE day. Just boil up a ton of veg and eat it with that...yummy!
