Just had a lovely tea. Been ages since I had syn free chips.

Syn free chips, done straight in the halogen oven (didn't have time to par boil) they were gorgeous.

2 fried eggs, done with fry light and then beans on the top.

Quick, easy and tasty.

Hi suespain that sound yummy. I love syn free chips sometimes have it with curry sauce on a weekend as it feels like a takeaway.

I know its good isn't! I had risotto tonight and it didn't feel like I was on a diet at all!!
