    hi i am doing alternate plans this week and today i am on red . what could i have for lunch that is free on red. i have 2 hexa left . thanks

    I'm vegetarian and so never do red but why not take a look at the food diary section for inspiration. It's difficult to give any suggestions without knowing what you like to eat and what you have available.

    I do red days during the week, and I often take to work a whole pack of lean ham and some laughing cow triangles. I spread the cheese on to the ham and roll it up - yum!

    You could also have slimming world scotch eggs (I did prefer them hot though)

    for all suggestions in the end i had chicken , ham and cheese then massive big bowl of ss fruit am stuffed hoping to lose on tue even half will do

    I normally go for a roast chicken (or wafer chicken) sandwich with extra low fat mayo and halved cherry tomato's - lush!
