erm i dunno, its in the freezer got em on offer from tesco last week, they dont taste too bad well compared with the veggie sausages i got that are really bad, in fact so bad even i couldnt eat them, so must be lol,

The burger will probably have a syn value so you'll need to count that, how much will depend on whether it is own brand meat free or quorn.

Once you get into a routine you'll stop thinking about food at all the time. The advantage of planning a week's menu at the same time is that then you don't have to think about it all as you know what meal's you will be having. You don't have to start thinking about the next meal as soon as you finish one ;)

thanks, i really dont like veggie food, no offence to anyone that does but surely i would be better, making my own out of staek mince and at least enjoying it and it being syn free, i am doing extra easy and am totally enjoying it,

Syn that veggie burger, if it has breadcrumbs it WILL have syns, so please count it. Apart frm that, brekkie sounds great!

I had 3 eggs, scrambled with some HEa milk, salt and pepper and better than butter light, some chopped tinned tomatoes and 2 slices of Nimble Malted (ran out of white, CRY)

but twas yumm!!

Yes you can make your own burger on EE or red and it would be syn free as long as the meat is extra lean and you don't add any breadcrumbs. The syns values for the veggie burger were only because you said that's what you were going to have :D

yeah thanks :D i suppose i'd best get up and get sorted then otherwise i will be having brunch again lol, lazy half terms :), i will investigate the contents of the veggie burgr tho, i know its not covered in breadcrumbs but may be hidden :)

well i ended up having the veggie burger as it was nearly dinnertime before we ate again, so had what was planned for brunch and am just waiting for the yummiest ever lookin lasagne for tea free on EE apart from the parmesan sprinkled on top, i have put tomatoes, corgettes, onion, mushrooms in with extra lean mince, and then to top it off half a jar of jalepenos so could be fun, oh and red peppers, gonna be served with a salad, boring but i am so looking forward to it, dont know what the yoghurt will taste like compared with the usal white/cheese sauce usually used in lasagne

Hi Jessie15, yeah we are very similar in stats. I started at the beginning of October and (fingers crossed) still feeling inspired. I do go to meetings and I try to stay for the image therapy after weigh in. I have lost 8.5lb and have to admit I have had a few meals out and still lose each week.

There is so much you can eat on this diet and my partner is now joining in as well and he is losing on average 2lbs a week. I would like to lose another 7lb at least before Christmas.

How are you finding it - you look like you are achieving a good weight loss?
:)

Hi again

I feel that I am doing really well, I did red and green days for the first three weeks (lost 5lbs first week then 1lb for the following two weeks) then decided to try Extra Easy last week with a loss of 3lbs! I was thrilled so sticking to Extra Easy for now.

Took a while to get my head around eating more as I am an Ex weight Watcher girl but have to say I really do prefer Slimming World as I am never hungry, dont get me wrong I am ready for my meals but if I get hungry in between I eat something from the free food list and it works.

I look forward to seeing how you do over the coming weeks, when is your weigh in day?

My weigh day is on Thursday, when is yours?

Funnily enough I did WeightWatchers for years, first time I did WeightWatchers I did quite well but I got really bored of it in the end. You have to count everything and I just needed a change. A friend of mine suggested Slimming World but I wouldn't consider doing it with red and green days but I found out about Extra Easy. It has been so easy to fit in with my family. Tonight I cooked gammon, eggs and SW chips for everyone and not one syn to count -brilliant. My partner needs to lose some weight as well and he's doing well on it. Smiles all round.

Let me know how your getting on. :)
