philadelphia

Could I use this as a healthy extra a? Or does it strictly have to be the ones in the book?

No I think Philedelphia has to be used as a HEB only, on green and Extra Easy... I think you will have to syn it otherwise...
HEAs in the book are things like dairylea, laughing cow, babybel.
If Im wrong then please someone correct me...
You get 57g of Light and 85g of Extra Light for your HE.
However if you syn it, you get 28g of regular for 3.5 syns, you get 28g of Extra Lite for 1.5 syns and 28g of Light for 2 syns.
28g is quite a lot I find I can cover 4 Ryvita with this amount. So its not too bad if you have to syn it.
