Salt and vinegar - like chips from the chippy! Mmmm
The problem with people who have no vices is that generally you can be pretty sure they're going to have some pretty annoying virtues. (Elizabeth Taylor)

I just like 2 'Butter Bud' sachet's (1 syn) on mine or just some low fat grated cheese with diced up onion added.

I cook my jacket in the microwave till cooked.

Cut in half and scoop out the middle. Spray the skin shells with fry light (inside and out), rub out sides with sea salt and put back in the oven until crispy.

With the flesh, mix with a HeX A of strong cheddar, half tbsp of ex light mayo and some finely chopped spring onions.

Put back into crispy shells and put back into the oven for 5 mins allowing for cheese to melt.

Grill some lean bacon and serve it cut up and sprinkled on top of jacket shells.

On EE just half a syn
    x 4
