These are all new Quorn products and they sound great, I don't know any syn values though (if there is any) enjoy!!!

I know the Bacon Style Pieces are Free on both plans as I asked someone to check in the Syn Value section last night (I had them in a SW quiche).

mmmm those big bites are lurvvvvvvvly , but i would love to know what the syn value is befre i have them again , hope there not to high

Original ½ Syn Green ½ Syn

If you are having an Extra Easy day, choose the lower Syn value

These are also very nice and would be a good alternative to pork cocktail sausages at Christmas if anyone is thinking of doing a buffet or pigs in blankets
