    Anyone else find it fragile?

Evening. I'm about half way through my journey. It's been a slow one with an unsteady pound off a week.... And i'm scared that somehow i've cheated it off - and i've just got lucky at the weigh in and one morning i'll wake up and it'll be back on again!! Anyone else find this?

If it was just one or two pound you'd lost then that would be possible BUT you've done really well. An average of a pound a week is fantastic.

Last time I did SW I lost 3 stone. It sounds great but that was over a year so it works out to less than a pound a week.

You deserve a huge pat on the back. You should be as proud as punch with yourself as i know all of us on here are proud of you xx

Hey I think we all have this. I have a recurring nightmare at the moment that I will wake to the wall of my house being taken down and me being fork-lifted out! I think I am watching too many of the "Body Shock" TV programmes!

Weight off - be it half a pound a week or 4 pounds a week - it's still gone! You have stuck to it and done blimmin' well hun - congratulate yourself that you are lighter now than you were at the start. Well done! x
Nothing will taste as good as being slim will feel!

I have no idea where I am now - let's call it a kind of re-start!
    Started at: 22 stone 12lbs
    Week 1 - 21 stone 9lbs
    Week 2 - 21 stone 1lb = 8lbs off

    Well done from another tortoise!
It has taken me 25 weeks to lose 22 pounds but it's a great journey, so I don't mind.
I still have nightmares and wake up thinking I am fat again... and I do sometimes worry that I may have overindulged but that is getting less and less and I know I am on the right path and no matter how slow, even with a couple of tiny gains or STSs, I WILL get there.
    Good luck, you'll do great!
