Hi, I've been missing now for a few months and for some reason have so so so sabatoged my diet ... been eating everything I could lay my hands on. I always seem to do the same, lose weight and then seem to push and push and push to see how far I can go before putting it all back on!! I could kick myself. Seems like get a way with it for so long and then wam bam there goes a stone on. Can't afford to go to classes again so I'm going it alone but could do with the support from here which has always helped in the past. Anyway, sorry for rambling on lol, but SW here I come x
