Week 9-12 = - 7.5 lb
Week 13-16= - 5.5 lbsxmas

Week 22&23=-2lbs (missed wi due to school hols
Week 24= +0.5 lbmissed week 25
week 26= -1 lb
Week 27= -2lbback on track
Week 28= -1.5 lbs (total 50 lbs loss)
Well 7 weeks off and gained 9lbs so restart
Week 1= -5 lbs
Week 2= -1 lbs
Week 3= -1.5lbs
am in the 16's first time in 6 years

i always get to way in straight after dance class so im always wearing leggings and a vest top
but i take of accessories and my shoes lol
last week a man took his trousers off to make sure he got his 7 stone award lol bless him :P
haha i am yet to get desperate enough to whip my trousers off on the scales. i wear jeans each week so the ups and down are my lardy bum not my fashion choicesno denial here...yet!
I go jogging after WI with a couple of the other girls so I've always got my jogging bottoms and a T-shirt on. I take off my jumper and trainers though lol.
