Things just keep getting better and better 1st i get into a next size 16 dress (still to post a pic) and tonight at WI i lost 3.5lb i really wasnt expecting that especially since im having the worst star week EVER  but happy days

(especially on a star week!)  I lost 1lb tonight, not as much as I hoped for as i've been saintly but all in the right direction! |
