    Really Enjoying my lunch.... what you having?

    Ive got mild mexican rice today (batchelors) with some fat free fromage frai and sprinkle WW cheese its really nice never tried it before.

    Tonight im having chips egg and beans, cant wait.

    What you all having for lunch and tea xxx

    ive just had a mug shot followed by a vanilla chocolate sprinkled muller with cherrys for 2 syns havnt decided on dinner yet but did get a portion of my homemade vege curry out the freezer i may have it with sw chips as dont fancy rice




    Week 1-4 = -12 lbs
    Week 5-8 =- 9.5 lbs
    Week 9-12 = - 7.5 lb
    Week 13-16= - 5.5 lbs xmas
    Week 17-20= -8 lbs
    Week 21= -1 lb
    Week 22&23=-2lbs (missed wi due to school hols
    Week 24= +0.5 lb missed week 25
    week 26= -1 lb
    Week 27= -2lb back on track
    Week 28= -1.5 lbs (total 50 lbs loss)
    Well 7 weeks off and gained 9lbs so restart
    Week 1= -5 lbs
    Week 2= -1 lbs
    Week 3= -1.5lbs

    am in the 16's first time in 6 years

    1 1/2 stone done 11/11/2010
    xmas goal 2 st DONE ! 9/12/10
    BMI below 40 Done 23/12/2010
    3 st ( hubby will give up smoking ) Done 10/02/11
    get into the 15's
    BMI below 35

    For lunch I'm having curry leftovers from last night (the gorgeous recipe that was in the SW mag a few months ago) and I've bunged lots of spinach in it for myself as the OH hates it

    I have some stir fry stuff that needs to be eaten, so tonight I think I'm going to make a huge bowl of chinese-style soup with stir fry veg, rice noodles, chillis, ginger and tofu (with a soy sauce/veg stock base). Followed by my ever present mini-milks - and a well deserved gin!
