Rep Power: 13   Diet: Slimming World Start Date: 25/06/2009 | Help - low syn lager! Hi all, does anyone know which lager has the least syns? I cant drink spirits or wine, I only plan to have a couple of half lagers but wondered if the brands have different syn values? Thanks xx |

Carling is 4 syns for a 250ml bottle, 8.5 syns for a 500ml can. Bud light is 5.5 syns for the 330ml bottle. Budweiser is 4 syns for a 207ml bottle, 6.5 for a 330ml bottle Beck's 5 syns for a 275ml bottle The alcohol section is the most battered and tired part of my book! |
