    Talking Lush snack - 0.5syns !

    Hi Everyone

I've found a great snack for extra easy/green days...... M+S sushi snack pack (it has 4 small ones with cucumber and red pepper and 1 large one with cooked tuna). It is really yummy, I put it in the syn calculator and its 0.5 on extra easy and green and I think it was 6.5 on red.

    A syn bargin I think
    Gobolino x
    2011 total loss = 9.5lb

    2012: -0.5/-1.0/hols/sts/-1.0/+2.0/sts/hols/hols/+3.5/-0.5/ -3.0
