Oh, I've had a bad couple of days...Been eatin choc and basically crap and now feel bloated and very disappointed in myself. Don't know why I do it as I know how bad I feel aft but can't help myself!! Must start again tomorrow![]()
Yep tomorrow is another day, so why dont you try writing every you eat down and you may find it not as bad as you think.

First target - stay on track for a whole day.- Achieved
2nd target - lose some weight this week. - Achieved - lost 1lb
3rd target - Stay on track (accept for Sunday) til Christmas.
Everyday is a gift, thats why the call it the present.
