have just got back from first weigh in after xmas, well i say xmas, but its been, xmas eve, xmas day, boxing day, 35th birthay, 2 pub quizes and a staff night out
i suppose i shouldnt really be that amazed that i have gaind 5 and a half pounds this week how ever i am finding it hard to get back into the plan even tho doing extra easy, dont think all the xmas stuff still hangin round helps
any one any ideas on tips for how to get motivation back:cry:
