    slimmer of the week

    what are the rules when it comes to being slimmer of the week? it cant be your 1st week etc etc
    Start: 16st 6lb
    Current: 16st 1lb
    week 1:-2.5lb

    week 2: SS!!!!!!!
    week 3:-2.5lb
    week 4:
    month 2:
    month 3:

    Goals:
    Lose 7lbs
    Lose 1 stone
    Get into the 15's
    Get into the 14's
    Get into the 13's
    Get into size 16 jeans
    Get to ultimate goal: 168lbs

    As far as I know:

    It can't be your first week
    You must have had a loss or STS the previous week.
    You must have stayed to both classes (both the previous and the current week)

    Total Weight Loss: 2st8lb
    % Lost 22.22%
    In our class you don't have to stay for class to be SOW, though in all others I've been you had to. With this one, the fruit the SOW would have won if they were there goes towards the raffle, and they get the rest when they attend the next week.

    Oh no, haven't heard of that one. I wonder if different consultants have different rules, going by what you and malaika have said they must do.
