Snack will be some melba toasts with my laughing cow squares with onion |

I sliced up 5 mushrooms in to small pieces & fried in Frylight. I also cooked 3 rashers of bacon in the oven. Just before serving I cut the bacon in to small pieces, mixed with the mushroom and cooked a tad longer. It was luverly!
