If you use the search facility at the top of the page you will find lots of responses to when this question has been asked previously

(my answer is always 'leftovers')

I did try searching first, but nothing specific came up...unless I didnt do it right?

hello

I would say jackets, pasta or rice salad, wraps (syn these) with tuna, ham, chicken etc

How did your meeting go? I was thinking of you last night (I think I am right saying you are the girl who was nervous about going to the first meeting ~ if not I apologise lol)

How do I find out the sins for wraps as I do love them but havent had any for at least a year?

For EE days you can try a pita filled with salad/hummus/chicken breast :)
Also pasta/veg/tuna salad?

That sounds yummy is there syns involved in that?

You can have one Asda wholemeal Pitta it is 1 heb.

Am a big fan of leftovers to , so for a day you are in the office plan to do something for tea that is easy to warm up and take it in the next day :D

For sandwiches dont forget wholemeal rolls (1 heb) I like to fill them with 1extra light laughing cow cheese (1 syn) used as a spread with some nice lean ham, and salad with red onion.

Or

make a nice butternut squash soup and keep it warm in a flask.

It depends how you make them.
If you use some mayo with the tuna for the pasta bake then yes there are syns.

If you make the hummus without the tahini then there are no syns, but if you do use the tahini then there are syns.

You could have soups, salads, rice, pasta...today im really loooking forward to my lunch....we have got a packet of mediteranean couscous, with chicken and roasted veg stirred in....yum yum :)
