I have only just started on SlimmingWorld and I am following Extra Easy.
This was one of my favourites recipes even before I started,
    Lentil Dahl with prawns.

    Cooked lentils
    One onion
    One tin of tomatoes,
    Couple of bulbs of Garlic,
Coriander and cumin seeds finely ground.
Garam Masala, peper and salt. Fresh coriander
    Some tiger prawns.

Put onion, garlic and onion in the foodprocessor and blend, then mix with herbs and fry with some frylight in the wok.
Put in lentils and prawn and there you are...I believe it is a syn free meal.
But don't take my word on it as I have only just started.
