Yuck!!! That is gross! Makes you glad you're on the diet and doing something about the fat!!
When I get disheartened if I lose "only a pound" I imagine 2 packs of lard. Disgusting stuff

Wow, it's hard to believe I've lost nearly 7 of those!! I honestly can't see THAT much difference in my body!! Interesting though- I'll definitely visualise it, or a portion of it every time I lose!!X

CURRENT WEIGHT 12st 2llb
NEW TARGET 10st 10lb (SAME AS ORIGINAL).
WEEK 1- 21/01/13- Lost 5.5lb - 12st 3lb
WEEK 2- 28/01/13- Lost 1lb - 12st 2lb
WEEK 3- 04/02/13- Lost 1.5lb- 12st 0.5lb
WEEK 4- 11/02/13- Lost 1lb- 11st 13.5lb
WEEK 5- 18/02/13- Lost 3lb- 11st 10.5lb

God thats disgusting but also amazing at the same time. 10 of those lumps of my body doesn't bear thinking about now.
We should all be very proud of our fat loss achievements
