This probably won't interest anyone but I have reached 2 months without McDonalds! A huge step for me as it was my staple breakfast for the last 2 years. Just the thought of it now is appaling and I haven't admitted it to anyone else, even hiding bank statements from my husband so he couldn't see but I don't know any of you so it doesn't seem so bad owning up.
Oh my goodness, I've just looked up the calories in what I had each day, 1380 5 times a week which means I've not eaten over 55000 calories I would have done if I hadn't taken control.
That's just scary!
