I only do EE as it saves me having to think too much and have had slow but steady losses.
mostly red if i want a big loss, EE for convenience and if i'm out socialising.
Lost three stone on SW in 2010. since gone on to get married and have my baby girl (May 2011)
pregnant again due 07/07/2012! (team yellow!)
need all the help and encouragement i can get!
I have only ever done the E/E so not sure about others,think i may try Green perhaps..

EE for me, i started with Red and Green as I couldnt get my head round the EE way of life, but I found I wasnt really loosing and then I would be eating the same old things and I was getting really bored. I love meant and potatoes/pasta etc so i took my time and read and re read the EE way and decided on that. I must admit i was thinking lately to perhaps try a green/red day now I know more reciepes etc it may help xx
OK, so I have been away for a while and lost the plot with SW, need to loose 1 stone to get back to my weight which I have been for the last 2 years, but im struggling!
