i know! i've never eaten pineapple before yesterday as they looked complicated lol... but i won one in my sw raffell and thought why not... and now im addicted!! it as that sweet taste so does my cravings and filling!!
im eating lots of fruit soon as get peckish and its doing the job!
yesterday though i was thinking surely eating all this fruit will do something to me lol

I just had strawberries mullerlight and an alpen bar which always fills me up. I didnt used to eat breakfast but at least this doesnt leave me bloated

I'm almost ashamed to say I ate half a melon the other night, I was starving(not literally)
Think it depends on the fruit - I find oranges are very good for filling you up.
