    Hiya well I have been for weigh in and I maintained this week I was expecting a maintain anyway as I have ate lots of crisps this week. I have set a mini target of 3Lbs for next week so fingers crossed.

    No I did not count the crisps as sins as I had already used my sins up. Never mind though I will not be pulled in by the power of the crisps again well anytime in the near future anyway.

    Diet: currently on cambride but considering going on slimming world with the help of hypnotism
    hi all, starting sw on wednesday just come off CD as i found it to hard but lost 21lb in all to give me a good start. been on slimming world before and was always sucsessfull on it but always slipped back in to my old ways. this time tho got to loose it cause going on holiday with people i dont really want to see me in my cozy

    Hiya, well I have lost 2.5 Lbs this week I am happy about that and have set a mini target of 3.5 Lbs for next week. Fingers crossed next week I will get to 2stone loss and will get club 10.

    Hiya D_Q I mainly do original days at the moment but I am going to start doing a few more green. Thanks for reading my diary I think it really helps to put it down in words.

    I had noticed a tendency in people to do red days. Just wondered if there was a particular reason??

    When I started I had all green days then I started adding a few red days in and noticed I lost more weight on them weeks. So I started doing red days all the time but now I need to add more green days.

    I wondered about that -whether I should try to stick to red days - but my natural inclination seems to be green ones. Guess I'll see as time goes by - I expect to put some weight on to start with since I have been SSing on and off. Thanks Sonia
