Hiya well I have been for weigh in and I maintained this week I was expecting a maintain anyway as I have ate lots of crisps this week. I have set a mini target of 3Lbs for next week so fingers crossed.

hi all, starting sw on wednesday just come off CD as i found it to hard but lost 21lb in all to give me a good start. been on slimming world before and was always sucsessfull on it but always slipped back in to my old ways. this time tho got to loose it cause going on holiday with people i dont really want to see me in my cozy

I wondered about that -whether I should try to stick to red days - but my natural inclination seems to be green ones. Guess I'll see as time goes by - I expect to put some weight on to start with since I have been SSing on and off. Thanks Sonia![]()
