Fish, chips and roast pepper (1/3 superfree). I might go totally mad like and have AN EXTRA healthy extra to use up some syns.
Maybe a bit of cheese to go with an apple later, or more milk. Dunno yet.
Need to get my head in gear. Not in the zone.
Slimming world for a bit to try and get my eating under control.
Cajun chicken risotto...mmmmm!!! Can't wait, got to wait till bk from the gym though.... :-( x

Why am I doing this?

I had fish Pie made with Basa fillets, mushrooms and brocolli and half tin of mushroom condensed low fat soup covered with lovely creamy mash mashed with low fat primula spread.
EE Hexa and 2 syns cos only had half of it. was lush![]()

Tonight I am having home made lasengue which my OH is doing and pasta made froms scratch, can not wait![]()

We're having Baked Tortilla with Sweet Potato Wedges for tea tonight, can't wait!!![]()

Lunch is a HUGE jacket potato and baked beans with HEA cheese and dinner tonight is a stir fry with Quorn steak strips ( hubby having HEB of chicken) and noodles and rice with home made sweet and sour sauce. YUMMY
Baked trout with lemon, saute herby pots (in fry light), watercress and garden peas....followed by SW eton mess (1.5 syns) with summer berries and may be a cheeky dry white spitzer (as I have enough spare syns today). Mmmm
