we are going to try the tomato and basil rissotto from the last magazine!
joined slimming world on 5th of april 2010! hit target on 15th november 2010 with a total loss of 3stone 7.5lb!!!...then revised target by 3lb on 3/1/11....total loss to target of 3stone 10.5lb.

We're having salmon with lemon and garlic cous cous (home made) and roasted veg (courgette, red onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes).

Why am I doing this?
- To look good in my clothes.
- So my thighs don't rub together when its hot.
- To be fabulous not frumpy in my forties.
- 'Cos I've wasted so much time talking about it and wishing it would happen - I've finally figured out you have to start and stick to the eating plan
- 'Cos I've not been happy this size for the last 10 years.
- 'Cos if I don't, I'll be moaning when I'm in my fifties about my weight.
If your not panicking, you may not fully comprehend the situation....

Have got Sunday dinner leftovers, I always make an extra dinner on Sunday and have it either Monday or Tuesday with just a few tweaks, so tonight its: Bacon wrapped Chicken with boiled pots, roast BNS & turnip, carrots and cabbage & gravy (synned of course) followed by Cadbury light mousse for pudding (can't belive these are just 3 syns try dipping your strawberries in em mmmm...)

Ooh, the tomato and basil risotto from the mag is lovely, I had it last week with a HexA of goat's cheese crumbled on top. Yum
Tonight I'm on red so having quorn sausages, swede mash, broccoli and onion gravy (synned)![]()

Indiana Baked fish (nothing as fancy as it sounds, just Indiana herbs from Aldis flung over a bit of white fish then baked), roasted beetroot (from mums garden), carrots and maybe some roasted potatoes.
Start weight 15 stone 6.9 lbs
Restart (18/05) weight 14 st 9lbs
