Just thought id add there was an alpen lite bar in our raffle on thursday and my consultant said if you only have one you have to syn it you can only have it as a hexb if you have 2 !!! Must be because of the fibre content

Week 1-4 = -12 lbs
Week 5-8 =- 9.5 lbs
Week 9-12 = - 7.5 lb
Week 13-16= - 5.5 lbsxmas

Week 22&23=-2lbs (missed wi due to school hols
Week 24= +0.5 lbmissed week 25

Week 27= -2lbback on track
Week 28= -1.5 lbs (total 50 lbs loss)
Well 7 weeks off and gained 9lbs so restart
