joined slimming world on 5th of april 2010! hit target on 15th november 2010 with a total loss of 3stone 7.5lb!!!...then revised target by 3lb on 3/1/11....total loss to target of 3stone 10.5lb.

I had a packet of Batchelors Mild Curry rice with 1/2 punnet of tomatoes cooked and mixed in. Lush!


Today I just had a big fruit salad as were in and out all day with one thing or another, so it had to be quick.
Tomorrow we are having a lamb roast with roast potatoes, roasted veg and syn free gravyOh and mint sauce of course!

Nt sure about tomorrow, but yesterday I mae a dip from quark, garlic and herbs and chopped up some carrots and celery, think I went in a bit heavy with the garlic cause I could taste it all afternoon, ended up eating a tube of sugar free mints and then ended up with a dicky tummy cause they act as a laxative! Bad times....
On a more postive note, I am making a stew with veg and mince beef, and found a fa recipe for pumpkin lasagne for tomorrows tea that just needs a few tweaks to make it sw friendly
