Am loving the look of those eggs in a basket. Have just had sw fried eggs on toast with mushrooms but will give them a go next time

This morning I had a whole red grapefruit, beans, toast, two quorn sausages and two cups of decaf coffee.


i had 2 weetabix and milk earlier,then a bit later a yogurt and some strawberries.
joined slimming world on 5th of april 2010! hit target on 15th november 2010 with a total loss of 3stone 7.5lb!!!...then revised target by 3lb on 3/1/11....total loss to target of 3stone 10.5lb.

I had a BLT (2 WW toast, 3 slices bacon, scrape of ex light mayo, lettuce, tomatoes) followed by an Activia ff yogurt

Today i had 28g of shreddies with strawberries, Milk from my HEX A and a cup of tea.
Tomorrow i will be having 28g porridge oats, milk from my HEX A with strawberries and a cup of tea.
Yesterday I had eggy bread (WM bread dipped in seasoned egg then fried in fry light), topped with beans and HEXA cheese!
This morning I had WM toast topped with 2 scrambled eggs and a blob of syn free onion chutney.
And my breakfast never ever fills me up until lunchtime no matter what I have so I always need some fruit and yoghurt mid-morning
